February 2020 Farm to Table Dinner
February 29, 2020 @ 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
$85
Eat local in style as our award-winning Farm to Table Dinner series relaunches for 2020 on February 29th. This four-course dinner with wine pairings is presented in partnership with Alnoba, a landmark sustainable conference center located just up the road from The Farm.
The Farm’s executive chef, Jared St. Amand, is a passionate advocate for local food. His February farm-to-table menu will feature local lamb and scallops, The Farm’s own fresh produce, grown in their solar-powered greenhouses, as well as cream, butter, and cheese from Brookford Farm in Canterbury, NH.
Dinner is served in the Alnoba Great Room, a soaring environmentally minded event space unlike any other that blends craftsmanship with conservation. Alnoba was built utilizing Passive-House Standard certified construction and incorporates sustainable practices throughout, including reclaimed timber floors and framing, locally-sourced granite for the fireplace and is surrounded by works from internationally renowned artists.
