In the spirit of the season and Octoberfest, this month’s farm to table dinner includes a four-course dinner featuring seasonal ingredients from local farmers and artisans paired with beer. This one-of-a-kind dinner will be held at Alnoba featuring the award-winning culinary team of The Farm at Eastman’s Corner; with Banquet/Catering Chef, Sam Schmidt. The Farm at Eastman’s Corner is a community-governed, year-round farm and market, Eastman’s Corner is a model for economic and environmental sustainability, food production, and education.

Seared bone in pork chop over pumpkin risotto and baby chicory and dried cherry salad drizzled with a spiced apple cider and whisky reduction. Paired with Throwback- Hog Happy Hefeweizen
Pumpkin cheesecake with spiced candied pecan and caramel sauce. Paired with Loaded Question-SHOOTING STAR SAISON Belgian Saison
