Braised Flat boned chicken Quarter with golden raisin, sage and polenta stuffed delicatta squash with pea puree and natural pan reduction. Paired with Flag Hill Apple Cranberry wine
Caramel apple crème brulee garnished with apple glass paired with Moonlight Meadery Kurts Apple Pie
